Gertrud Grunow (1870-1944) war die erste und einzige weibliche Bauhaus-Meisterin. Sie unterrichtete von 1920 bis 1924 am historischen Bauhaus die Harmonisierungslehre, die sich mit Klänge, Farben und Bewegung auseinandersetzt. Ihr Ziel war es, alle Sinne gleichermaßen und harmonisch einzusetzen.
Gertrud Grunow (1870-1944) was the first and only female Bauhaus master teaching Harmonisation Theory at the Bauhaus School. Sounds, colours and movement form it’s basis which she taught at the Bauhaus from 1920 to 1924. Her aim was to use all of one’s senses equally and harmoniously.
